Field trip

Well I finally got to drive Emma on her last field trip of the school year! I took her on a lot in preschool but I can't do much with her class now that I have a "real job." It makes me sad when I think about it but then I try to think about the perks I get with my job. So anyway, we went to take a ride on the train in Sunol in Niles Canyon. Emma was so very excited that I could come. She was so sweet. I am relishing this time because who knows if she'll want me to be there when she is a teen. It was very coincidental that there was a huge accident on the freeway that made everyone almost miss the train. Thank goodness they waited for most of us. The train ride was very nice. Emma did get motion sickness near the end but luckily did not lose any of her breakfast! It was nice to be there with her! After that I took her to the mall to shop for summer clothes that she may actually wear. That afternoon we got together with her buddies from the picture. We went to a park with water fountains. It was so much fun and I can't wait until the summer when we can have a lot more days like this.

Check out the picture of Emma searching for rocks. That is classic Emma.
