I thought it would be fun to go to the fruit orchards in Brentwood and pick cherries. Emma loves that type of activity so I thought it would be a blast. I found a place in one of my travel books that says where to go so that young children can pick the fruit without ladders and it turned out to be perfect. Grandma, Grandpa, and Anthony ended up wanting to come so they joined us on the little adventure. Here are some pictures I got. I have some more cute ones but can't post them all here. I was actually able to get some adorable ones of Anthony too. We had a good time and now have a bunch of cherries to eat.

Hey, glad you opened your blog back up. For some reason I couldn't get on when it was password protected. Looks like you guys had fun picking cherries. Reminds me of when we did it when we were kids. I always loved doing that! Nicky would have loved it. I am taking her camping this Friday night which she is so excited about. Anyways, glad I can get back on here to see your pics, etc. Jeff
Looks like the kids are having fun. We did strawberries here a few weeks ago.
Wow! What a fun day. I grew up with cherry tree in our backyard and we loved eating hand-picked cherries. Of course, we had to compete with birds. Were there any birds there? ;)
