Boardwalk

Here are a couple pictures from Santa Cruz. Every year we go to 1907 nights. It is so much fun. Rides are only 75 cents after 5:00pm and so are hot dogs, soda, and cotton candy. We have a wonderful time every single year. There is something nostalgic about the Boardwalk and no matter how many times I go I always yearn to go back. This year we went with Grandma and Anthony and also took some teenage friends of ours so they could get out of the house. Anthony and Emma loved the beach! We practically had to drag them up at 5pm to do the rides. They both LOVED the roller coaster. Emma also loved the bumper car type space race ride she got to drive herself. My favorite is the Cave Train and the Old Merry-Go-Round where you get to throw the rings in the clown's mouth. So fun! Before we left the kids begged me to take them on the log ride. Despite not wanting to get wet they convinced me and I teased them all the way that we were going to get soaked. They were hysterically laughing and afterwards asked to go again despite their terrified looks in professional pictures taken coming down the hill. Haha, we did go one more time. It was great! Fun day and cute kids. I already can't wait to go again next year!
